Just wondering if anyone knows of any 15 to 45 minute yoga routines on youtube with minimal fully outstretched arm movements.
Nothing wrong with my arms but im sick of having to drive 2 hours out of town to do yoga cause all the routines ive found on youtube make me feel like im one half magician casting a spell other half flamenco dancer.
Something a little more subtle would be great.
