I seem to recall a "health official" commenting on the mass gathering in the city centre saying, we wont know what effect this protest has had on the containment of the virus for about 3 weeks. Well lo and behold in a little over 3 weeks the numbers started to climb.

We also had the "Claytons" lockdown in hotels where the so called "security" were not only mingling with those quarantined but in one case they were actually shagging them.

We also had the "conspiracy brigade" that considered that a virus that had killed half a million people worldwide in the last few months was a hoax.

Then we had the "family orientated" spreaders who despite severe limitations on numbers figured that this didn't apply to their "special" family and therefore could hold a mass gathering of the clan, after all they're family, they wouldn't infect family now would they?

We also had the "entitled" groups of "low risk" individuals that figured what the hell, it only kills old people so I'll be right, who then decided that nation wide rule and regulations were not applicable to them.

We still have several sporting codes that figure they are above everyone else and as long as they possess the skills of chasing an inflated piece of synthetic leather then the rest of the world can go **** themselves.

Even now with strict lockdowns we are seeing exceptions to the rules being granted left, right and centre.

Here in Tasmania we have had two arrested over the weekend, one bloke who nominated a residence where he would isolate for 14 days then promptly **** off. and a 19 year old girl who provided a fake address to health officials at the airport as to where she would isolate but never even went there. I wonder how many arseholes like these pair did the same thing in Victoria.
