When you breathe in anything above 94cm is considered unhealthy. 94 centimetres is 37 inches. A 32 inch waist is only 81cms. Impossible to return to this figure!

I wonder what percentage of 50 plus year olds are on are under it. Likely most 30 year olds are above it too.

The Hungry Jacks drive thru in Gosnells whenever I drive past it there is always around 15 cars average in the line, admittedly this is from a lower educated area

I am creeping up to it at 90 centimetres though still hoping to return to my normal of around 85cms.

Once the gut starts growing its hard to stop and even harder to drop. Everyone should keep a soft tape measure handy

You'll have to stop eating the pig fat ice cream treats at McDonalds and taking naps in the car park afterwards Pete.
I think this is where your problem lies

I measure my waste(?) by the amount of wine bottles in the recycling bin at the end of 2 weeks.

Just sad - u lot if u r lucky may make a quality life but odds are against u.
At 70 , I started kite foiling at 72 SUP foiling in surf and now Wind wing foiling at 73.
None of this is based on junk food or your attitudes well almost..
Just enjoy your life while it lasts and hope for a quick exit.
