This is the waste from Lucas Heights scientific and production of medical isotopes and the spent waste from all the medical facilities around Australia, that saves 10s of thousands of people a year.
It is processed into "synrock" to stabilise it, so apart from being in close contact for periods it is quite safe. Much safer than a lot of by products made to produce your favourite toys.
So waste facility that came from saving lives, or one making toys!
Ah yes, that's confirmed it. The country is being run by not one, but a whole collection of post turtles, all of them clearly suffering badly from the NFI syndrome...
