A single rye sourdough roll costs 3-4 dolllars at Woolworths. It weighs a lot though.

With 3-4 slices of shaved cheese it tastes better than anything including Subway.

Yeah , well , dahh.
Ive known this for years , have u only yust cottond on ?
Just imagine what a loaf could do ?
Thats five days of lunch sandwitches for under $15.
Dont get me started on what a bag of rice can do if your not spastic in the kitchen .

but they put fluoride in it , that's why it weighs so much, but that's only if you use the retarded method to produce it, apparently.

Make your own bread. I bake my own sourdough bread. It's fairly easy to do if you have a mixing machine. The results while not always commercial quality are at least mine.

Probably it costs 50 cents in flour and 10 cents in electricity to produce a loaf of bread. Nature provides the yeasts.

I use tap water to make bread using water from a jar I fill. I believe chemicals like fluoride and chlorine dissipate from standing water.

I only use flourished in my toothpaste and drinking water , what could go possibly go wrong ?

Pane d casa, a drizzle of olive oil
Roast some sweet potato pumpkin and beetroot, let it cool , toss in rocket and a fine goats cheese a smooth creamy one with roasted nuts and cranberries, season and oil,

Absolutely agree , it's just that the goats thing . Goats cheese, well just tastes goatyy.
Kinda like lickin a goats .......
Ill go that recipe with a smooth creamy cow cheese

Ours was going great guns, until I had a work trip OS and reminded my wife to keep feeding it while I was away. Being familiar with our yoghurt making process, she added milk to the culture instead of water. When I returned home I was greeted by a rather stinky mess.
