Too much exposure to unnatural light especially before bedtime not good.

Everybody knows that.
That's why I find it so hard to sleep in the freeway underpass with all those sodium vapor light blazing away all night.
This is all your fault Macpweet! Telling me to sell everything I have and buy silver.
I'm holding you personally responsible,.. even though everybody knows you're completely irresponsible.

All scientific and anthropological comments aside...I thought that was common sense?

I mean, surely most of us know that in order to try and relax more and sleep better we should spend less time in front of artificial light...especially before sleep.
