What do you call a Skoda with the sun roof open?
A mini skip.
No actually they are brilliant cars. I have had a few and they have all been perfect. They're just VW's made with care.
But i still laugh at that joke. As I did pulling away at traffic lights.

I laugh too. The Octavia RS hasn't missed a beat in 2 years and never had a recall. It's a flawless car. Not even a rattle.
Nothing funny about Alfas breaking down all the time. Oh well. Time for another head reconstruction....

Just a sensor needing reset or replacement. Probably $200 at over 10 years old.
Not for a client of mine.
$8,500 recon on the Giulietta head. Three years old or so.
Well under km's for a timing belt change.

That is certainly surprising and very sad since I have heard only good things about the Giuletta. The dash you previously posted was a 147. Remember also this is a Skoda thread.
In a recent reliability survey Skoda came at 13th well behind Alfa Romeo at 5.
Skoda is ahead of Jaguar (26) and Landrover (31) and indeed SEAT (21) and VW (22). It can be seen the beleaguered group of which Skoda is a part has some work to do.
Alfa is forging ahead and improving year on year. Forza Alfa !

That's probably something to do with an Alfa owner's over inflated sense of self righteousness..![]()
I don't think consumer surveys can be relied upon Dicky.
Based on personal experience, my vRS gets a 100% customer satisfaction rating. It's a flawless car. Just needs fatter tyres to cope with all the power.
On the other hand, Skoda 'scores' better than Porsche, BMW, Mercedes Benz and VW.....so go figure Dicky. Skoda builds better VW variants than VW!
Really Ricky, no one here cares...next time, I won't bother starting positive threads about Alfas Romeo's future if this is the kind of trolling rubbish you want to contribute on a water sports forum.
I read this on the internet... "More than 56,000 Top Gear readers rated 152 cars in the magazine's annual owner satisfaction survey. Overall Skoda was voted the number one car manufacturer". ![]()
With features like " the windows open automatically when you open and close the door to minimize cabin pressure im sure your onto a winner. Give us a Hilux patrol or cruiser anyday. Simple is good. Well if you in Aus the ability to drop oil Change light globes and replace a fuel filter should be overlooked. A car shouldn't need to be booked into a dealership for a basic service. The more Bull**** the cost.
They invented rear window heaters ..... to keep your hands warm as you push them into the tip...!
So u can keep your hands warm when pulling off at the lights , should really be doing that inside the car at least .
