Shape3D lite - printing issue

Hiya computer experts.

Shape3D lite won't print, understandable for the free version.
Swaylocks users suggest printing to pdf which works no problems. I get a pic of my template on a pdf as intended.
However I was going to get a print shop to print full sized templates for me, if they scale the pdf up to be the right length, then the thickness is way more (like board becomes 80mm thick instead of 60mm)

Ideas...?

Export as Dxf file and get cut on cnc?

I have export licence, and even cnc if you get stuck.

^^ I was about to, but I am stingy ...... its also driving my block of foam 600km return to cut two surfboards on a mates CNC lol
Hotwire and stuff it is...

I mean get the profile and outline templates cut via 2d dxf directly onto 3mm mdf, then use hotknife.

Shape3d has a nice 2d dxf export, could open them in autocad then print from that - no distortion?
