i wonder if anyone ends up with spinal injuries? i'm guessing it gets deep real quickly, but still
"Loose units" that's what it takes to not get hurt.
This place is not too far from where I live, the beach is very steep in the winter which makes for these conditions, deep close to shore but almost dry sand at the water's edge. You'd be surprised at how few injuries happen there.
For more injuries you have to go farther down south to the Wedge which isn't that far away, I used to go out there when I was young and a bit crazy but never got hurt.
I'm pretty sure you are all familiar with the Wedge, there must be close to 1000 vids on YouTube of that place. I don't think I could be paid enough to go out there again when it's firing, I'm too old, I'd just disappear under the sand to never be seen again.
Fek! It's like Yallingup beachie on roids.
Had to go sit in the massage chair after watching this vid.
