I will be competing in the Rottnest Channel Swim on 25/2/17. The swim is from Cottesloe Beach to Rottnest Island (20 k's). To participate each swimmer needs a boat & skipper as support. I am in Brisbane & I'm looking for a skipper & boat for the day. I will of course cover costs. If any interest, please email me (Patrick) at pmcgrath@mcw.com.au

Mate, you might need some incentives to get any bites, beers, cash, over night accom, first born daughter. Not much fun supporting all day without any reward.

As this is your first post. Good luck, you'll need it.

I agree with the Cherub
For the swim you also need a kayak paddler, spotter, reserve paddler at a minimum. If your paddler gives up you are out of the water. I skippered for a good friend last summer. Perfect conditions and it was still the most harrowing 7 hours of boating in my life...
