Currently at 1-30pm it's 38 C in Perth,same in Armadale. 30 C in Fremantle and only 25.0 C in Rockingham!
13 C difference and its regularly 10 C cooler there than other parts of Perth - at least once the sea breeze arrives.
Please explain?
Its open to the SW seabreeze?
I went to Albany the other day and it was 24.5 degrees there and over 40 in Perth. Its not that hard to figure out.
Approx 400 kms further south.
Rockingham is a much lower socio economic area and they can't afford to burn fossil fuels which as we know according to Greta and the other religious zealots causes the earth to heat.

South. WTF? What's south on a flat earth?
Rockingham sits out on a peninsula Pete. The seabreeze blows straight over it.
its also just that bit closer to the edge of the earth, which completely explains the cooler temps coming in from space.

Than where? You are saying it gets better than here? No way! I don't know if there are too many places that offer such convenient sailing or kiting.
From what I can tell Pete you answered your question in the second line, then asked it in the third?
