I am setting up a business and does have anyone have recommendations fo the following in a cost effective manner - I don't know much about IT
prefer in Australia so I can ring if any problems ?
1 can you recommend a website host?
2. Incoming email ?
3. Outgoing email ?
or the best combination to achieve the above
i was wanting emails to be available on different devices - imap .
website will be small and not seeking on the site - it is basic information and contact details

Have a look at www.crazydomains.com.au , has an aussie call centre, I've always had excellent service & advice.
You can do a basic set-up yourself, just youtube it, the instructional videos are about 1 to 1 & a half hrs & run you through every step, well worth it, they will take you from knowing nothing to having your own website all within the day.

Not as cheap but if you really can't be arsed working out how to do it all, wix.com makes it easy, you can set up your domain, drag and drop all yer info, and it can handle payments and fancy stuff. Email is gmail with your own domain.
you can be up and running in a few hours, and it's not that expensive compared with paying for someone to do a website for you.
