Hi everyone my name is Dan I have a Quintrex 460 plated by a marine surveyor JPS marine for a 90 and it has cracks on the left-hand side on the reverse chime contacted Quintrex they don't want to know anything about it because it's played it for a 90 and the boat did dealer doesn't want anything to do with it as well it's under 2 years old and it's not good don't buy one repeatedly try to contact Quintrex and they did never return a call I also have remove the floor and sandblasted the cracks to repair it now the ribs in the boat do not meet the hull so this is going to cause Flex there is really second class welding I would not recommend a Quintrex to anyone

pfft don't put a larger engine on it than it was designed and built for. Go after the wxnker that gave you a mod plate (his professional indemnity insurance) if he has any. or just get it fixed and put the max engine size on there the manufacturer recommends.
And they're not really bluewater boats.

(not that i expect you to read this but)

what he said Pffffttt

And now everyone knows NOT to buy a second hand quiny from Dean5 or is it Dan ????

Maybe you should have done your research and paid extra $$$$ for a boat that suited the 90 up front.

Can't believe that you are bagging Quintrex for faults that occured because you or some other wanker put a 90 hp motor where a 75 was listed as the max. If anyone is to blame it is the one who put an oversize motor on the hull designed for less!!

Hi Dan, my name is Carantoc and I hear what you are saying I once had a Mogwai I think it was the Gizmo model which was sold as a pet but I accidentally fed it after midnight and then got it wet you cannot even begin to understand the issues I had makes a few cracks in some ali welds look like a walk in the park anyways I tried to call the Chinese dude who owned the pet shop but he wouldn't return my call I would not recommend a Mogwai to anyone totally unsuitable pet but if you do get one then whatever you do don't expose it to sunlight get it wet or feed it after midnight
