Any snacks in my office are the same. I try buy in bulk for value, say 500 grams of mixed nuts, and I just eat 500 grams of mixed nuts by the end of the day .

They don't say 'once you pop, you can't stop' for no reason!! It's a warning not a marketing phrase.

For economy I bought a 10 pack of paddle pops from the supermarket during my lunch break. I left them in the office freezer, and was going to have one each afternoon for a snack. By 5pm that day I'd eaten them all. Didn't really turn out to be a money saver at all.

I am great at not making the initial purchase but once past the puchase stage I have absolutely no self control and will consume said item in its entirety, like a little piggie telling myself 'that atleast when it's gone, it's gone' and there's no arguing with that ...oink!

That's me! 100% - a packet of red Dorritos in one sitting (washed down with a couple of beers) - Friday arvo ritual. Oink indeed!
