The one on the right is a martin ellipse
On the left is a jose ramirez concepcion jeronima flamenco guitar. I paid $60 for it. It's probably worth $2000+.
Sorry about the blurry photo..
^^^ ah common man.. surely there is a story behind that flamenco guitar. something like..
"long time ago me and my brother Kyle, we were hitchhiking down a long and lonesome mexican road..."![]()

I brought it from a guy I went to high school with. I had no idea how much it was worth at the time. I brought it because it's nice to play and has a beautiful tone.
That guitar is wasted on me but I don't think I could bring myself to sell it..
I picked up a Russian vintage big muff via a similar channel.
A bass player I know gave it to me because he'd stopped playing bass. 10 years later I offered it back to him and he told me to keep it. The thing is worth $5-600 and climbing.
damn it sounds good too. ![]()
Late 40's Maton Carved Top......
Original case and papers....
Passed down by my late father so its priceless..
Great guitar indeed, MacRab. Very interesting. It looks different to what's on the paper. Has it been customized ?
