Anyone out there know a good lawyer who is experienced in probate issues.

Well,... that's hardly the attitude!
You need to ask us first and then maybe get a second opinion from a real person who you pay money to.
But I bet our opinion will be the best.

{edit} I'll start by saying you can do all that stuff yourself by filling out all the relevant details on an internet based system run by the Supreme Court probate office. You don't have to fill it in all at once and can work on it for months if you like, just going back to the form and adding the details as they come to hand.
For simple estates, you don't have to use a solicitor.
(unless you're someone like James Bond with a very complex estate, in which case we will still give you lots of advice but you will definitely need a second opinion,.. and a third, depending on how much money you have.)
