I keep seeing the Kleenheat Gas ads offering 20-25% discounts and never thought much about them untill i just paid my $350 Alinta bill..

Has anyone changed over? Surely it's to good to be true and they'll charge you more in service fees?

Is anyone using AGL yet?

Just ring alinta and tell them you are going to switch. They'll drop your bills straight up 25% and you can even squeeze a $50 visa debit card out of them .

I switched to Kleenheat after too long. Nothing dodgy that I can see, except that Alinta then decided to come to the party.
No deal, you scum-suckers.
But yeah, call up your current provider and tell them you're considering changing and you'll save. You'd be mad not to.

Can't get my family to. Yep, dey iz crackers!

Done it a few months back and I'm happy with Kleenheat.
Competition at last....
The best thing is that there is no lock in contract so if a better deal comes up then I can switch again.
Alinta has had it too good for too long.

We switched over to Kleenheat a while back, much better deal than that offered by t'othersider company.

Recently got an email from Kleenheat telling me they are dropping the rate even more!

From what I understand, the companies can only discount the gas you use - not the other service fees and charges.

Very happy with Kleenheat - alinta can go and get stuffed.

Everything in my house is electric besides the stove! Bloody usage cost is nothing compared to keeping it connected. Wish there was some competition in the electricity market!

Wish there was similar competition to synergy for power supply. My service charge DOUBLED from 40c to 80c a day on the 1st of july. Anyone else experience this?

You are not alone there, Muppet. What pissed me off was a leaflet in the last invoice advised me on how to save on energy. But I already knew all about it. My energy usage has been consistently below average. Yet it is my supply charges that have doubled.

Blame it on that financial genius Colin Barnett ? Or Mark "There will be no new taxes" McGowan ? It is easy for the latter to blame the financial genius as it is his first term with the massive deficits. But for how long can he keep on blaming Barnett? Will the charges come down when the budget goes back to even keel ?

Yep, the pricks. Mine's 86 cents. I put more in than I use and still get charged for the pleasure. Time to investigate batteries and wind, I'm over it.

Thanks gents!

I often walk straight past the Kleenheat Gas stand at Joondalup shops so i will go see them tomorrow night i think.

The extra money's better in my pocket than a big Chinese company, thats for sure.
