Painting Fibre Glass top on air-con

Have to repaint a small fibre glass top that fits to air-conditioner on top of caravan. You know the one that most vans have sitting on top.
This one has some sun damage and need to give it a birthday.
What the best way to do this? Its white in colour
spray can type marine/auto paint.? or roll on type?

Darth, Not real sure, looks like it is a moulded fibreglass type with white pigment I think. Was rather dusty crumbly and sanded back to a dull grey/yellow colour .
Was thinking, a brush on gel coat white which I have????

Update
Just spoke to air-command in South Aus. Very helpful service division Acrylic white spray paint is the go. Prepsol to clean up first and paint.

I would use Epoxy 2 pack undercoat first.

^^^ me too. You need to hold it together so a new gelcoat, or good 2K primer or something.
Just paint over won't last all that long

10 years ago i did a brush on white gel coat on a mates popup caravan, which we then polished back looks great even today

Landy, was going to do that as I have the Gel coat ready to go. In the end, two pack primer and acrylic white did the job.
