So Ahead of the 60mins report Sunday, I'm curious to know who thinks he genuinely thought there was an intruder.
So many factors IMO that point to cold blooded murder.
It was murder...but not cold blooded, cold blooded is pre-planned and without remorse.
Clearly it was a heated argument (maybe about a rugby player? does not really matter)....he got abusive...she retreated to bathroom with phone and locked the door.
He wanted her out....she did not want to come out.....he had a gun..... in a rage he used it.
He should have the book thrown at him....he has used every bit of money/ sympathy / fame to weasel his way out....except man up admit what he did and accept his fate.
I have very little doubt he knew it was her in there.
He didn't turn the taps on in court because he felt remorseful. He cried because he was being pushed mentally, or he was putting on a great act to try gain some sympathy.
If you heard noises in your house, but there was a possibility it was someone you knew/ lived in your house, would you shoot first and ask questions later?
They were having an arguem at home. Where when and how did he think an intruder entered, and why did he think an intruder would be stealing his TP?
No conscience, no self control, no integrity, spoilt little rich boy, he makes my skin crawl. He killed a beautiful girl with her whole life ahead of her because he couldn't get what ever it was he wanted. His tears and self pity in court is a pathetic disgrace...ugh.

How is it not cold blooded? the dude has No Friken Legs!!!!! and manages to Blow her to a pink mist through the bathroom door! HE HAS NO LEGS!!!! the man made a hell of an effort!!
