I thought I was cranky about the ball tampering but now I'm totally lost as to how only pay tv will see one day international cricket.

They can shove the lot as far as I'm concerned

Winner Winner for Football
A league on live now free.

Gone are the days of watching cricket, supercars, F1 live.
I for one will not be sucked into paying big $$$$s to watch sport on TV

Fkn scandalous. Cricket is of great cultural importance in Aust and now some dirty, thieving, executive scumbags have sewn it up. Fkers

Not that I am any longer interested in the Australian cricket team after the pay strike, because they don't get paid enough already. Then the ball tampering was just plain stupid on so many levels that it defies belief.

Any how if you really want to watch then try this site watchcric.eu/ it is a bit glitchy and a hassle to work past the ads but once you get there you can watch what is left of Australian cricket getting thrashed.

Judging from the first 6 overs of the summer Australian fans may want to find something else to do anyway.

The real threat is that people may just get out from in front of their magical sensory box and back into the ocean, clogging my joy. Damn you profiteering media types!!!

Spot on, I was up at 3am and went fishing for the day, didn't miss the telly for a second.

Ps no fish were harmed, but there is a nice kingy that has a 6.0 hook hanging out of its mouth swimming around out there, hope it enjoyed the live squid I fed it

One of the worst though funny days of my life was when I was a little kid. I lived on a farm and we only had two television channels, the ABC and a commercial channel.

One summer evening we turned the TV on and they were showing a cricket game. We turned to the other channel. They were showing a cricket game. I think I was annoyed as I was expecting to watch Dr Who or the Goodies on the ABC instead of a bunch of blokes standing around a field.

Maybe they could get sponsorship from one of the sandpaper companies to cover the broadcasting costs.

Then they could keep up all the product placement as well

Nooo...

I couldn't get a park for yesterday's seabreeze. Gave up after 40 minutes of circling around and around.

what a joke of a sport it is now become

first it was the sending a bouncer into batters head to intimidate them, then followed with batter wearing full body and head armour, followed by some sledging, then it was followed by some sand paper to swing the ball, followed by chief sledger walking off the ground because he is distraught.

The management of the game needs to pull their head out their arse and bring it back to being a sport, which would include being sportsman like.

On the news tonight some fellow was saying the bad Australian cricket team & Foxtel owning the cricket on TV will lead to the death of one day cricket in Australia. So there was one good news story.

I can't get over how hyped it is. The normality and patriotism that it is portrayed as owned by the game is ridiculous.
When did it become so?
