Now that the napthine govt hasnt been re-elected i wonder if it will ever actually happen, living only 5 minutes from the water sports center i really hope so, will save the 8 hour drive up to Penrith

Yeah it will.. The goveronment thing was only a pledge to chip in money for the road upgrade. It's not part of the funding for the build..
