Driving barefoot is not a problem, so that's 1. (D = 1)
Police don't want you warning others when they are around, so I will say C = 2
Just because it sounds so minor, I will say B = 3
Which leaves driving without headlights at night, because we all know we do it when we are hammered and driving home, A=4
There's a fine for bare feet ![]()

no there's not. I am sure they brought that in/changed that rule because it made no sense to have people wearing thongs or high heels instead of bare feet.
What if vehicle is actually bicycle? the same fine apply? I would double the fine for ringing bells, triple for barefoot and quadruple for open ing windows
Guessing:
A: 2
B: 3
C: 4
D: 1

Cant believe that was actually a law at one point. I like driving barefoot and dont reckon i have any less grip?

Actually that's a good question. I don't know if it ever was illegal.
I know when I was a kid my mum would drive the car barefoot because it made no sense to wear dodgy shoes, and I thought there were some comments at the time that it was illegal but it was safer.
Maybe it is one of those beliefs that just keep enduring?
I drive barefoot most of the time because driving in sandals is surely going to end up in an accident.
