Watching these videos I saw some parallels to shaping boards and foils and things. It's a nice slow video to watch on a rainy day during a lockdown.

This stuff can be learnt. You don't need someone to teach you, and just need to do stuff and learn as you go.
Yeh no doubt. Got friend who can turn his hand to just about everything. It's amazing watching him problem solve and do and the solutions are always so simple and intuitive. But he's spent his whole life doing as such whilst mine was spent in physics and maths books!!!
