Hi, I have a MK5 Triton and pulled a factory bullbars off a MK01 to fit to mine and a having trouble, brackets that came with it don't seem to match up to my car etc... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I'm stuck...

Are you actually trying to fit a late 1990's Triton bullbar to a Triton that is only a few years old....?
Or have I got the question wrong? Cos, geez

Mark_australia - I'm sure it came off an 01 mk triton and trying to fit it to the 05 mk triton?! I got it from the wreckers and mabe he didn't give me everything..?!

Oh, no.

Yeah mate, sounds like you've been done over by the wrecker. Funny that 'cause wreckers usually have such a good reputation for customer service.

Anyways, to fit the '01 to the MK05 you need the extra swizzle-brackets and the di-lithium connectors.

I dunno but it must be your luck day 'cause I have a couple spare sets out back in the shed. They aren't easy to find that's why they usually cost so much.

But for a fellow 'breezer I'll tell what I'll do. I'll knock 10% off what I would normally charge. So if you wire me $1,785US via Carantoc@western-union then as soon as the funds have cleared I'll stick 'em in the post.
