Food poisoning!!! Lost 7kgs in 4 days last year!!! Trying to think how to market it in an appealing way
I had read that some dude just ate potatoes for a year and lost a shedload of weight. You could give that a crack whilst sitting on the couch
laxative pills............... lot of them............. for weeks..................... 15 to 20 a day!
Super models use cocaine...
Breaking my back made me go from 94, to 72kg in 5 weeks... didn't have much strength though.
I went on a cruise and put on 10kg in 8 days. Lost 5kg a week later, the other 5 still on me.
There used to be a pill with tape worm eggs in it sold as a diet pill fortunately its been taken off the market .
But if you look at it this way what other industry has a 90%failure rate yet keeps growing & is worth hundreds of billions a year when the simple fact to loose weight is eat less move more no magic pills, powders ,radical diets ever help in the long term .
Look at the show the biggest loser 90%have put back on the weight after two years .
5 kg on a cruise? A cruise would kill me - I would put on 10kg
Diet and exercise.
No food till lunch (preferably dinner - works for those on Ramadan and me) ..........and lots more exercise - 2 hours at 60% on a cross trainer or bike ( boring as hell, but get yourself some movies or TV series from the interthingy to pass the time).
Hard work to get it off. Too easy to put it on.
Pies, pastries, bread, booze .... love them all. All full of sugar.
Exercise is not going to make you remove a lot of weight. Wasting your time putting you energy into burning off weight. Diet is everything and more importantly what you eat rather than how much. From experience in loosing a lot of weight fast you need to cut all sugar and fat from your diet. When I say surgar I mean even fruits and vegetables that contain sugar. My surgeon put me on a special diet earlier this year and I needed to see a special dietitian that specialised in pre operative diets to get my liver soft so he could do key hole surgery under it. Basically the diet used Optisfast with basic fruit and vege as well as simple low fat proteins, chicken, fish and beef. Lost a solid 15kg in 4 weeks. I now use the same diet every so often for a week to keep pulling my weight down.
Another rule is to only drink flued before eating and not during or after for at least half hour.
Third rule is eat solid protein like steak rather than mince, reduce soft food and concentrate on solid foods as solids take up less space in your stomach than liquids and make you feel full using less calories.
Treat your diet as if your life depends on it, because it does.

A very low calorie diet like this should only be done under medical supervision (like you did) and tailored to the individual circumstances, it is not safe for the average punter to have a crack at a VLCD and try and lose 15kg in a month.
Exercise, health eating, portion control, everyone knows it. Getting the motivation, time and right balance is the hard part.
Yep, watched "That Sugar Film" flying up to work last year, for the next 8 days I ate bacon and eggs instead of muesli which I thought was health, stopped eating fruit juice.
After 8 days I lost 3 cm from my circumference and a couple of kegs.
No amount of exercise can make up for a bad diet.
Step 1: Eat a little bit less, exercise a little bit more. Repeat until desired weight is achieved.
And that replaces every single diet book ever written in history.
Do you realize that you lose weight the same way you gained it. ?
Through your mouth .
So an increase in movement to raise your breathing is needed .
Your fat has to be converted to carbon dioxide &expelled through your breath.
You can also start to eat more meals like 5 times a day instead of three but just very small amounts this helps to increase metabolism combined with an increase in movement will result in weight loss.
Now if i could just work out how to drag that out to the length of a book get some celebrity endorsement I to could get a slice of the weight loss industry pie.
Friut is the answer, herd of a guy who lost 60kg in
60 days just drinking juice he juiced from fruit
each day. Every time u put somthing in mouth make it fruit, even for dinner a few nights a week & stop all sugar & fat, no butter on bread helps.
I got the Qantas Assure app on my phone to track my steps each day, so I could figure out what I had to do to get 10k in a day. Turns out if I get off the bus earlier and walk about 15 mins to the office and same on return, I can do my 10k steps. Also a walk into the city or around the block a couple of times after lunch - helps clear the head anyway.
I've dropped 2 pant sizes in a couple of months and still drink beer like it's water and eat food like it's my last meal. I do stay away from sugary stuff though, fortunately I just don't really like sweets other than the odd choccy here and there.
Works for me so I stick to it and it's really not hard.
calories in vs calories out.
Simple
Burn more than you consume and you will lose weight.
Use a calorie counting app for a few weeks to get an understanding of what you put in your mouth vs what you burn.
Its not rocket surgery
a variation of the Moseley 5 and 2 diet (very low calories 2 days a week, eat normal the rest) is the 1 in 6, eat normal 6 days a week don't eat at all 1 day a week. May be worth a try. Drink lots of water and black / green tea.

Hey rus, sadly your mate is probably deficient in some other nutritional areas, plus juices/fruits are really high in naturally occurring sugar, so excess will store as fat for most metabolisms, maybe your mate is different.
Plus most dietitians reckon juicing is not ideal for consuming your daily fruit intake, because the fibre helps you feel full, and without it people over consume in terms of portion size at a sitting. Maybe not an issue if you are trying 100% juice diet though!!!
Finally, living on juice alone may not be sustainable over the long term. I know I can't resist a little morning tea at work when it is someone's bday for example. But all the best if your buddy can.
Hey mazdon, it wasn't my mate, herd about it on the news or somwere once.
fruit worked for me, over summer, 10 different types of fruit, don't
get sick of just a few types. went from 110 to 67 then started putting
weight on again, in 2.5 months, still 73ish now 4yrs later.
sailed, surfed, ride me bike, work, it all just got easier.
I really can't believe those vegans eating all the oxygen giving plants! Not to mention clearing the clearing of natural bushland for their evil vegetable crops.

Really? I have friends who think going for a 'power walk' around the block after dinner, or getting 10K steps a day on their FitBit is exercise, and for them your statement holds true.
But talk to anyone that does a reasonable amount of running, swimming or cycling, and you will hear a very different opinion. I had a particularly busy time at work a while ago, and didn't do any exercise apart from my walk to the train station. I started to gain weight, and had to reduce my food input to almost zero to maintain my weight. I couldn't believe how little food you require when you lead a sedentary lifestyle. When I began exercising again, I could eat as much as I wanted and maintain my weight easily. When I used to train for triathlons, I struggled to maintain my weight and had to eat continuously all day to stop my weight from dropping drastically.
Cut as much sugar as you can, its easier than you think.
Haha tell me that again when you get past 38
