Hi all!
I'm new to the area due to racing here to help a family member with an immediate health issue. As such, my gear is between two very distant cities, but mostly in Bundaberg. It will be a while to get up there again so I hope to be acquiring some cheaper stuff down here (or borrow/hire when possible).
I'm looking to make new friends who like doing the things I love. This includes surfing, sailing, power boating, scuba diving, kite surfing etc. I'm reasonably amateur at most of those lol (except I'm a rescue diver, and have a RYA Power Boat Level 2 international license & NSW PB license but would like to get some experience hours up on that one - designated driver, anybody?
) but I'm a pretty epic long distance swimmer (just did 6kms yesterday with fins and snorkel, at least 1/3 against the tide). I also love other adventure sports... canyoning, spelunking, motor bike riding, general adventuring, etc... and the arts and culture too, but that's not relevant here!
If you're in the area and either would like to go out and have some fun in the sun or have cheap gear to sell me, please hit me up! (Though I might have the gear covered!) Especially looking for surf buddies as I can acquire a new board pretty cheap (stinging for my custom one in Bundy though), unless you're happy to loan me gear!
Hope to hear from you soon, new local friends! ![]()
Others need not apply, unless you're passing through or not much further away ![]()
No mortal human can swim 6kilometres .
you have scared everyone off it's messages like yours that make men think there is a predator after them.
No one will respond until you answer whether you are indeed a mermaid or possibly a witch.
(be careful gents i was young once too and thought my girl "friend" was a mermaid,,,,,, it was only after we became married I realised she could swim so far because she was a witch pretending to be a mermaid.
look I'm happily married and we have a nice cauldron and three little gremlins it's just a warning for everyone out there
