Does anybody have experience in creating long range Wifi access?
My task is to create wifi access on my property at min 1 km radius:
to provide internet access at any given place, support security cameras, and internal communication, remotely operated devices.
Because of the terrain my idea is to install single router 70m tall hill, alternatively few routers on few other smaller hills to cover valleys below.Since mobile and mobile internet reception is availabe only if few highest places I hope to distrubute access to whole area below.

well......... in my experience, don't bother talking to Telstra, Optus or Dodo
Hi macro. I've bought a couple of higher powered USB wifi interfaces and antennas that worked well as a wifi link. . 1k line of sight was no issue if using the Yagi antennas

You will be constrained by signal strength as much as anything else. You might be better off having a few Access Points or Routers with directional antennas, all pointing to different areas. The directional antennas will get you the distance but at the expense of coverage area.
If you wanted to go all out you could rig up a few as repeaters and power them from a battery/solar.

I would look at ubiquiti products, in particular the Bullet radio. Configure radio as access point and plug into PC or ethernet connection in the back of your modem/router running a 6db omni antenna - Cheapest option.
the other option would be to have multiple point to point bridges using Ubiquiti M5's these are 5.8g and are good for 20km+

So, is the requirement to have mobile phone coverage or just internet access via wifi? The two things will become the same soon, but our telcos are a long way off. Sounds like you have some hilly terrain to cover which means way more planning that doing things in the flatlands of WA. The more access points the merrier in this case, but I'll need a few more details.
complete coverage and hotspots are two different kettle of fish . having done farm installs the best or should i say cheapest solution is lets say farmhouse is your admin building. Your internet (fixed wifi/4g/whatever comes in here ) Distance abd elevation are your enemies here , depending on how far these satellite buildings are you're best to use something in the Ubiquiti NanoBeam M2 range . We have also done mesh installs using Xirrus products
again it all comes down to distance between sites, elevation of the terrain and how much you want to spend . can you give us some more info
