Was wondering if anyone here is a tradie or knows a small - medium trade contractor that might be happy to have a 5-10min chat with me about their day to day work and how they manage their operations (quotes, job schedule etc).
I've been helping my brother in law get started with his trade business (estimating, accounting software etc) and would love to hear how others make things work.
