Can anyone recommend good knee pads for surfing? Yeah I know, no grandpa jokes please.
In winter I have full length wetsuit, and have been buying cheapie knee pads for summers past, but they become loose over time.
I will search kite and sup suppliers.
Thanks in advance.

You may want to go into a chemist and look at knee braces some are made out of wetsuit like stuff and add a bit of padding without the discomfort of actual knee pads.

No, stand up surfing, short board and mid length. I'm always bumping my knees and over time they become sore, and I ain't 20 anymore

I always found these to be quite useful, and they're free.

That's what mine were like for years til I started using deck pads. I popped the one on my left knee like a big zit free falling into Pea Break once. Wasn't pretty and very sore, put me out of the water for quite a while. Deck pads came shortly after.
