i think that the people that did it thought it would be, but a lot of people wouldn't find it funny.
but that's the difference between social media, youtube, and these platforms like Twitter, and television, where anyone can post almost anything without being censored. It means that people can show almost anything, but are not really accountable.
Versus TV, where the broadcaster is liable for the standards of the content that they broadcast.
