I was at the Endeavour Foundation 'tip shop' off Bailey Crescent in Southport today and came across these...
Priced around $30 each, there were no fibreglass ones among them, so no good to me as longboards, but maybe someone out there wants one for old times sake, or a man-cave wall hanging?

and those who did, tend to realise the 1980's WS gear was sh!t, they have almost exhausted kiting in 3yrs so ditch the kites and come back to windsurfing. A story heard many a time....
no old kites as they last 5mins compared to a WS sail.
Kites dont last longer than 3 good seasons. Then boards are over 20 years old.

Yes, I sure do! But none of these were fibreglass, all were more 'modern' than my obsolete old tanks! (But they make great longboards though... )
