This morning I'm sitting at a red light a truck with dog just drives straight through at least doing 100 km the cars all crossing on front manage to either stop or swerve out of way . Its 6 lanes that he drove across I was sitting there cringing waiting for the massive accident just expecting to see some car t boned & every body killed how there was no accident is a miracle but it occurred to me after to hit that speed he must have been pulling that through a school zone first. It was just totally unbelievable . He was so quick I couldn't get number plate .

Also dogs are not required by law to have number plates on their vehicles. Bit silly really, because of situations like this.
