How to dismantle an electric winch motor

Does any have a servce manual for a 2 speed Barlow self tailing winch . Also need to service the gearbox and electric motor. Do I need to remove the winch to remove the electric motor first.

Flat earth winch or is it the global model?

I did my apprenticeship at barlow marine there is a very good chance I machined that up

Mate its over 30 years old
