Going by the only bread left in my local supermarket, I would argue that there are no gluten intollerant people in this world, or they would prefer to die eating gluten bread than eat this stuff! I am sort of on their side if that's the case.

To the people that bought up all the good bread and made me eat gluten free with my dinner... bastards! I hope you are mildly bothered by buying up all the bread that I like, and leaving this rubbish. I would feed it to the ducks, but I am sure ducks are smarter than that.

On the plus side, everyone seems to have bought up the sausages and mince, and only left the lamb cutlets and garlic and parmesan chicken schnitzels... Oh well, if I HAVE to, I guess I should...

Yep, it happened suddenly here too. The bread suddenly disappeared last night. Went to grab a loaf around 8pm for today's lunches and there was absolutely nothing. Didn't think it would happen since it is something that is made daily and goes stale so quick. I figure it can't stay this way, since people's freezers will fill pretty quickly.

Another supermarket tonight, no normal bread, just a few loaves of gluten free scrabble tiles.

I even read something similar on news.com.au . The gluten free people must be settling for second best and eating some bread with flavor and texture before the corona gets them.

I wonder if it will taste better stale? How will I know?

As with everything some brands are better than others. But all gluten free bread requires it to be toasted for it to be bearable, just...
