Cant find where it says anywhere on the site on how to upload videos???? can someone please tell me how it works, thanks

Just tried to reply with the link for one of the more ummmmm interesting video sites (that I heard of but never been to...) and you already thought of that, it won't let me 
c,mon Mark, how do you do it? upload video i tried many times with nothing!!!!!!got to the stage where nearly through computer out of window!!!deep breath and give up.
