Originally I posted the message below in the windsurfing forum as I thought I was pretty sure who it belonged to. I managed to bump into the guy and it is not his. PM with description of the harness if you think it may be yours.
Following was posted 4 Dec in the windsurfing forum:
"Pretty sure it belongs to the guy driving the red patrol, riding a taboo Pocket, and I think NP combat sails. Send me message with description if you think it might be yours so I can make sure it gets back to the rightful owner."
