I recently borrowed a mates gopro for a bali trip and the thing froze up after 5 mins use. The red light on the back is flashing and none of the hard reset routines on the net seem to help. GoPro don't want a bar of it as it's more than a year old and it seems there's not a lot of people out there keen to fix these things. I've found one place in Sydney but would prefer to be able to go local. Has anyone had a GP repaired in WA?

Dumb question maybe... Have you pulled the battery and left it out for a few hours, then tried again?
