A simple accident getting off my SUP last Tuesday at Shelly Beach. Thanks to all the people who helped me up the beach, and thankfully the ambulance crew where there straight away to take me to Gosford hospital.
I hope you're on the mend buddy, that is a nasty wound in any ones book, I was shocked to see how bad it actually was...
That's one nasty cut, nothing worse than messing yourself up like that, ^^^^Agreed,, hope its on the mend for you.
The legs getting better every day, hopefully get the stitches out next week and can get back to surfing again.
