Have you got enough cash in your wallet to see you through a few weeks when electronic banking goes down, no ATM, no pay wave etc?
Not that we need money when under house arrest.

If you consider it house arrest you probably need to shift your thinking.
I wish I had that luxury when it hits. Many of us will be on the 'frontline' hoping for the best while the rest of you sit at home watching Netflix.

How much is enough?

Only got a few hundred worth of plastic

Could probably use it for something like a fishing lure if it becomes worthless, not like them Bitcoins

Actually got told today by retail outlet theyd no longer be accepting cash as its one of the primary ways a virus gets transmitted. So don't be surprised if you end up having a wad of cash under your pillow that no one will accept as payment...

You're still required to push the buttons to enter your PIN, which is probably just as bad. And touch the screen on the self-service checkout at Coles and Woolies. Alternatively the checkout operator touches every one of your purchases, after they've touched all the previous customers' purchases which have all been touched by previous customers.

What are you talking about? Do you really thinks ATM machines are going to go down?

I've got plenty

When I ran out of dunny paper I just went down the bank and stocked up on $50 notes to use instead.

I'll be able to use these for either purpose now.

What do you mean "either" Carantoc, just keep the ones you used as toilet paper and use them to buy stuff instead of the nice clean ones ................ it'll be way more economically efficient that way.

All true, and all part of the fun. It doesn't look like theyre making genuine and proper efforts to contain it anyway.
so we're already screwed.
