Call centre delay tactics

They are just getting better at extending the time delay to answer a simple question eg for training & etc, your name, date of birth etc, last time u had sex, account number , etc etc etc so after this 2 to 3 minutes- ' please hold while we figure out how to cut u off.
All I wanted to know does your new mobile allow continuous access to 4g.
Gave up and tried foe sex.

And the first thing that the operator asks you for is all the information that you were required to type in before they will take the call.
