Let us get this straight, Black Friday is purely a marketing gimmick aimed at perpetuating the consumerism behaviour that drives a fundamentally flawed system that is destroying the earth, ironically through unsustainable patterns of consumption. 
If I "need" something - I buy it!
If I "want" something - I make a considered decision whether to purchase it or not.
If I neither "need" nor "want" something then I am not going to be swayed by some marketing ploy from the US into buying it be that marketing ploy be named "Black Friday" or "Pink bloody Monday" thereby saving myself 100% of the asking price. 
If you've gotta buy some junk for your loved ones anyway, may as well get a good price on it

No, you're confusing it with the 'Black Friday Five Finger Discounts', AKA BLM 'protests'.
Here, Black Friday refers to a terrible fire event where lives were lost. I think we should all protest and scream and shout and a social media barrage against America. 
Last year I heard a couple of people say "happy holidays" at christmas. No, its farkin 'Christmas'. Yanks say that so they don't have to remember anything. Lets not become over-run by their stuff
