All boats on their webpage or advertised are 20% above market.
it may be worth 135 but I wouldn't pay that.
do you get a mooring as well????
You can buy a 10 foot bigger Bavaria for 20 k more.
you would be 10000x better off buying a new Whitley or coralline.
clearly however you are yacht crazy,,,, you really really want a sail boat???
its just work and pumping sails???
if you can sail are well aware of this and certainly do not want a powerboat than fair enough.
Offer 100k
do not go above 115 for this boat especially if it has no pen.
( spend 70k on a new Whitley with a Yamaha on a trailer, no maintenance no pen costs, launch easy with one or two people comfortable and fast.)

either way way you want to know exactly what a 36 Bavaria goes for prior to parting with cash.

( the 40 foot models get to 200k fairly quick

the Volvo Penta driven alternator. An 1800W built in inverter provides plenty of off grid power to run an espresso machine or hair dryer.

Well I suppose if you want to drink a skinny latte while blow drying your hair then go for it!
