I'm breaking lease next month on this townhouse overlooking Dutchies.
It's 3bed 2bath 3parking. grand a week.
Thought I'd ask here coz only a kiter would be willing to pay out for a townhouse an easy walk from Dutchies

Yeah, grand a week gets me two houses anywhere in Perth,,,except Cottesloe, There was a housing shortage when I took this place, dunno if it's changed.
I knew shortage etc but that's just nuts - wow.
Never thought I'd see people with a job living in their car etc.

For several months there was a couple "tenting" in a carpark next to the oval not far from our place,
It was pretty sweet - yobbo's, hoons and druggies nicked off, the couple made sure the area was kept clean and tidy,
Cars parked at the oval didn't get broken into or vandalised, even the council ranger was happy to see them there.
In the couple of weeks since they moved away everything has turned back to poo
