My android phone using chrome browser seems to zoom up when there's other small stuff nearby, so you touch and it zooms then you pick exactly what you want. If you use android try chrome over default browser.

put two fingers on the screen and spread them apart, now try again.
The "jump to the last/latest post" arrow is hard to get too... first world problems, eh.
