There's nothing wrong with commenting on the gross stupidity of another. Many of us have earnt the right to do so, especially after surviving some of the really, really, really dumb **** we all did when we were younger.

I doubt that particular statistic relates to jumping into the ocean next to a dead whale that happens to be in the process of being eaten by a number of very large white pointers...
Perhaps if he was tied to a vending machine when he went in......and drowned before the sharks got to him...
