Its called a Kitewing and its got no lines.

Recently on an episode of www.csiro.au/scope/profiles/applied.htm'>Scope on Channel 10,  they interviewed Mark the Australian Kitewing master and featured the all new wing.

And now Snickers have made a commercial about one. The Kitewing is gaining a lot of popularity and support by users and spectators in Australia very quickly. Due to the fact that you can use it on any surface, with anything under your feet for example on water a surfboard,wakeboard,skimboard or baseboard, on sand a sandboard, mountainboard, off-road roller blades, dirtsurfer or a baseboard, on the snow with a snowboard or skis or ice skates, and and you can rig it up/down in a couple of minutes.
