Hello Wave sailors,

The - Dirty Dog Event 1 - Mid Winter Bash is on THIS WEEKEND on the 16th and 17th of August 2008.

We're looking like getting sunny westerlies blasting through in the morning, giving us the great cross/cross-off wave-sailing conditions.

We will all head to the South Beach Car Park ready for a 9:30-11 am registration on Saturday.  

 North of Newcastle along Nelson Bay road is lovely Anna Bay. Birubi Point normally turns on a great weekend long session, to clear out the winter cobwebs.

Dirty Dog is our major sponsor of this event and we greatly appreciate their continued support for our 2008/9 season.

Saturday night BBQ
Free dinner and drinks for competitors with a presentation and prizes. Close to the beach, exact location to come at the meeting.  Presentation and prize giving after dinner.

At the Beach
Blue Juice Cafe at Birubi point is open for the weekend with coffee's, cakes and breakfasts. Sit, relax and watch the great wave sailing.
