'Learn to Windsurf Series' Feedback Survey
The Learn to Windsurf Series has traveled around Australia during the 2010/11 season, with the last event held on the Gold Coast over the Easter weekend. The Series was created by NeilPryde, JP-Australia and their network of passionate retailers around the country. The goal has been to introduce as many people as possible to the sport of windsurfing and give experienced windsurfers a chance to demo the latest equipment – all for free.
Overall, the LTWS was a huge success with no less than 52 learn to windsurf and demo days run in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, ACT and Tasmania. Participation ranged from about 30 to over 120 people getting on the water each day, many for the first time.
Firstly, a big thanks is owed to all the people who helped out during the series, especially those who volunteered their time to teach beginners. With so many events and over 12,000km of road traveled, the effort that went into the LTWS was massive.
We are now looking for some feedback on the Series to help us gauge the response and decide whether it was all worth it. Ideally, we’d like to build on and improve the concept for next season.
Please click here and take few minutes to fill out quick survey and let us know your thoughts.
Thanks again to all those who helped out and attended the events, hopefully we will see you all again next year!!!
