Jamie Mitchel posted an amazing picture on his Instagram account earlier in the month, looking back down the pack of stand up paddlers coming into the turn martker at the Battle of the Paddle event at Doheny State Beach in California
last year.
The 90 strong pack of competitors battled it out over two days, with Connor Baxter and Candice Appelby eventually taking the title over rivals Jamie Mitchell and Brandi Baksic.
