The successful candidate will be highly driven with an ability to manage a wide variety of responsibilities.

The responsibilities of the Sales Manager and Technical Rep (Full-Time) are to,

-              Maintain a high level of responsiveness to retailers on all issues by ensuring frequent and regular communication by email and telephone

-              Process orders, warranty claims and handle general enquiries

-              Support and develop relationships with marketing partners including media, team riders, schools and other ambassadors

-              Attend competitions, demo days and other promotional events in coordination with our local retailer partners

-              Provide staff training support to retail staff to improve their knowledge of our products and procedures

-              Coordinate other marketing efforts including online initiatives

The successful candidate will have,

-              Passion and energy for watersports in general, especially kiteboarding, windsurfing and SUP

-              Solid foundation of product knowledge in all three sports: kiteboarding, windsurfing and SUP

-              Sales experience, well developed sales ability and general business acumen

-              Self motivation, initiative and ambition to succeed

-              Exceptional attention to detail and good problem solving ability

-              Excellent communication and good computer skills

The role is offered as a full-time position and includes regular weekend work during the summer season.  Remuneration includes salary + Super + discount equipment + domestic travel expenses + paid overseas travel opportunities.
